You are right many people have given a kidney to people before.
But their are over 80,000 people wait still and most will never make it. And you are so right Mr. Irvin, with that many people in the race if everyone gets an equal of votes 25% would be a tie. So all you need is 26%+ to win.
But Matt is polling at 68% against you as well as the others.
At less that is what came from a local union tracking independent source.
So Aurora if you like to keep getting sucked dry and now have the Police and Fire Department gutted. Like the way Mr. Irvin and the Mayor wants to do. Vote for them, But if you want an independent thinker a person whom has show that he care for the community he lives in.
Then BACK MATT HARRINGTON for Aurora's Alderman at Large.

it appears that the Back Matt campaign doesn't know how to work the comment function or they want to repeat themselves because no one really cares if the guy gave a kidney. I have read of many people who do that.
Irvin will be a shoe in, with so many people running he only needs 25% of the vote to win without a primary. Eliminating the primary was a way for the State Legislature to ensure incumbents stay in office at the municipal level.

Yeah a Matt is really a conservative. the city finally makes a decent decision and states the festival at Phillips park is too costly in a time when we are contemplating laying off needed police officers and Matt "the conservative/tea partier" Harrington goes whining to the council and helps them restore the festival from the public treasury. Brilliant - what a conservative position. Wasting tax payer money on a holiday display instead of funding police officers.

I happen to be at the city council,
when Matt spoke, asking them to put up 2,000 from each of the alderman. Matt said that he would cover the balance out of his own pocket.
He and Rick both agree that this is a vital to a community heart and soul as well as a small economic driver for the local business. When something bring into town a large amount of people
whom want to spend monies then what is the down side.
But the city spends 137,000 on new cop cars and now want to layoff 20 to 25 police... PLEASE get real !!!
I cant wait to see Matt Harrington elected and the tax and spend alderman ousted from office.

WOW, I guess this person hasn't see the many you tube video's of Matt Harrington to call him a Tax and Spend liberal is so far out of reality it make me laugh. Matt Harrington is one of the founding members of the DuPage TeaParty. He is far from a Tax and Spend Liberal.
And I guess this person whom have made the Anonymous Comment of he lives in the 3 ward. have you not read the many news articles ? he live on the Far east-side which would be the 9th ward.. you should learn where the wards are.
And to call Matt Harrington a Carpetbagger is a badge of honor. I much rather have a man from the outside with freash ideas and vision then the clowns that want to run just so they and be the mayor buddy.
We in the 9th,8th 4th and 2nd wards BACK MATT for Aurora's Alderman at Large in 2011. We will work on getting rid of the Mayor on the next election.
